Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Widbox product ("Product") provided as a Software as a Service (SaaS). Please read this Agreement carefully as it outlines your rights and obligations when using the Product. By registering or using the Product, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
Definitions
1.1. "Product" refers to the Widbox software provided by the Provider as a SaaS, including all related features, components, and updates.
1.2. "Widget" or "Plugin" refers to an individual unit of the Product for which the User purchases a subscription to create and integrate widgets and plugins on websites.
License and Usage Rights
2.1. The Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Product and its features in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. User agrees to use the Product solely for their lawful business purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Registration and Subscription
3.1. To access and use the Product, the User must create an account and subscribe to specific Widgets or Plugins.
3.2. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password. User must also keep their information up to date.
3.3. User understands and agrees that subscription fees may be required for access to and use of Widgets or Plugins, as per the current tariffs and terms set by the Provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All rights to the Product, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
4.2. User acknowledges that any Widgets or Plugins created using the Product may be subject to the intellectual property rights of the User or third parties. User represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights to create and use such Widgets or Plugins.

3.1. To access and use the Product, the User must create an account and subscribe to specific Widgets or Plugins.
3.2. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and password. User must also keep their information up to date.
3.3. User understands and agrees that subscription fees may be required for access to and use of Widgets or Plugins, as per the current tariffs and terms set by the Provider.
Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. All rights to the Product, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of the Provider.
4.2. User acknowledges that any Widgets or Plugins created using the Product may be subject to the intellectual property rights of the User or third parties. User represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights to create and use such Widgets or Plugins.
5.User Data
5.1. User retains all ownership rights to the data and content uploaded or processed through the Product ("User Data").
5.2. User grants the Provider a limited license to use, modify, and display the User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Product and fulfilling the Provider's obligations under this Agreement.
6.2. The total liability of the Provider, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User to the Provider for the Product during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
7.2. The Provider may suspend or terminate User's access to the Product immediately and without prior notice in the event of User's breach of this Agreement or if the Provider reasonably believes that User's use of the Product may cause harm to the Provider or third parties.
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.
By registering or using the Product, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

5.1. User retains all ownership rights to the data and content uploaded or processed through the Product ("User Data").
5.2. User grants the Provider a limited license to use, modify, and display the User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Product and fulfilling the Provider's obligations under this Agreement.
- Limitation of Liability
6.2. The total liability of the Provider, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the User to the Provider for the Product during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
- Termination
7.2. The Provider may suspend or terminate User's access to the Product immediately and without prior notice in the event of User's breach of this Agreement or if the Provider reasonably believes that User's use of the Product may cause harm to the Provider or third parties.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the Provider is located.
By registering or using the Product, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
